I take on opportunities even if they make me feel uncomfortable and feel spontaneous. You never know what will come out of a given opportunity. For instance, I once went on a retreat through a non-profit organization called Ad 2 Milwaukee and made some really great connections with like-minded individuals. I went into it not knowing anyone or fully knowing what I would get out of it, but it really introduced me to the value of networking.Working as an intern at Baird in Milwaukee has also been a great example. If I told myself a year ago that I would be living in Milwaukee working in the US Bank building on a supportive and welcoming team, I don't know if I'd believe it. I did not know a lot about the company until I was fully immersed in my role, and it's just another step into my career that has driven my success.
Growth and Learning
I value taking accountability for mistakes and view each opportunity as a learning experience. There is always room for growth and in learning new skills.In art and design specifically, I continually am inspired and motivated to learn new skills, software, and mediums. For instance, I have a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, illustration, layout design, typography, and branding. In my free time, I expand my knowledge by working on personal projects such as creative polymer clay earrings, learning the art of printmaking, drawing, embroidery, mural painting, and much more.

Communication Style
I best communicate by working in a supportive team setting that encourages collaboration, yet still feels independent through our shared goals. I thrive by making sure I come curious and ready to learn while being organized and prioritizing my tasks.
